Meaningful & Challenging - Your Tasks:
- Consult and support the HR Business in Sweden and other countries on technical and process topics related to HR Core Master Data and Swedish Payroll Data., Assist in monthly payroll activities before and after payroll runs., Ensure stable integration with third-party providers, collaborating with IT teams., Translate new requirements from local and global stakeholders into technical deliverables., Analyze, support, and implement technical changes in projects such as new company foundations or carve-outs., Develop functional and technical expertise, conduct tests, and maintain documentation., Enhance and support products and services related to HR master and payroll data in line with service delivery models., Oversee the design, development, and improvement of Swedish application interfaces throughout their lifecycle., Investigate and resolve medium to critical issues within the Swedish HR system landscape., Engage in technical change projects focused on digitization and AI., Contribute to generating ideas and innovations, and manage Problem and Incident Management.

Qualifications:

- particularly in Sweden.
- Experience managing complex integrations.
- Adept at troubleshooting complex issues and handling pressure.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on personal development and going the extra mile.
- Strong communication skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Team player focused on results and user satisfaction.
- Fluent in English
- with proficiency in German; basic Swedish skills are a plus or a willingness to learn.
