Job Description:

    We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Data Analyst who is eager to contribute to our mission-driven team. In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing enterprise data, helping to identify trends, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights that drive our loan offerings. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in collaborating closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and support data-driven decision-making. You will not only assist in data collection and cleaning but will also be responsible for developing visualizations and reports that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide accessible financing solutions to customers in need.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for a variety of analytical tasks that support the organization's goals.:

    Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to uncover trends and insights;; Create and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis;; Monitor data pipelines for issues and ensure data integrity;; Design and maintain dashboards and reports that align with business objectives;; Collaborate with analytics teams and business partners to align on data goals;; Provide training and support to stakeholders on data deliverables;; Translate analytical results into actionable business recommendations;; Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy;; Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data analytics
