Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Natera's mission as a leader in the field of cell-free DNA testing, which encompasses oncology, women's health, and organ health. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage data analytics to support R&D operations - helping to streamline workflows and enhance processes. You will collaborate closely with R&D scientists to gain insights into the scientific and technical facets of various research projects, ensuring that timelines for product development are adhered to. Your analytical skills will be critical in collecting, structuring, and interpreting data to generate valuable insights that address key business questions that matter to our stakeholders. Beyond just reporting, you will take ownership of the entire development process for reports and tools, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to maintaining and communicating insights effectively. Your ability to present complex data findings in an accessible narrative format will be essential, as you will engage with diverse stakeholders who may not have a technical background. Additionally, you will team up with data engineers to implement data-driven process improvements and contribute to the establishment of data governance standards within R&D workflows.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential for enhancing R&D operations through data-driven insights.:

    Collaborate with R&D scientists to understand project needs and provide analytical support;; Collect and analyze data to extract insights relevant to business objectives;; Manage the entire lifecycle of report and tool development from concept to deployment;; Communicate data findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences;; Work with data engineers to enhance data quality and implement process improvements;; Participate in the establishment of data governance standards
