Data Scientist - New Grad (2025 Start)

Job Description:

    As a new graduate entering the field of data science, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making and enhance product development. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of data scientists and engineers, leveraging the Databricks platform to extract valuable insights from business and operational data. Your work will directly influence key areas such as customer acquisition strategies, product design, and optimization of engineering processes, ensuring that our data infrastructure remains at the forefront of innovation. This position provides a unique opportunity to manage projects from inception to completion, allowing you to showcase your analytical skills while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for applying data science methodologies to derive meaningful insights that inform product and business strategies.:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify data-driven solutions;; Utilize SQL and Python to manage and analyze data effectively;; Implement various statistical analyses and machine learning techniques to produce actionable insights;; Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from defining requirements and exploring datasets to presenting findings to stakeholders and deploying algorithms in production
