Job Description:

Aethir is at the forefront of transforming high-performance computing access for artificial intelligence enterprises. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and strategic Head of Ecosystem to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with nurturing a flourishing ecosystem around Aethir's Enterprise AI solutions while promoting collaboration between Web2 and Web3 environments. Your mission will be to enhance the adoption of Aethir's AI computing solutions through strategic investments and innovative programs, as well as by creating a robust marketplace for AI and machine learning services. As a connector, you will link Aethir with influential players in the evolving AI landscape and develop strategies to attract and engage startups, established AI firms, and relevant stakeholders within the Web3 sphere. Your efforts will encompass targeted investments, co-creation initiatives, and the development of integration tools that will establish a network to accelerate the adoption of Aethir's high-performance GPUs for Enterprise AI applications.

As the Head of Ecosystem, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that drive ecosystem growth and enhance collaboration among various stakeholders.:

Craft and execute Aethir's ecosystem strategy, focusing on the expansion of DePIN, staking, and IaaS networks.;; Lead and oversee a dedicated team aimed at ecosystem growth, including establishing partnerships, nurturing developer relations, and engaging communities.;; Forge and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming developers, GPU infrastructure providers, validators, and Web3 partners.;; Manage staking programs and token economies, ensuring they align with the overarching goals of the ecosystem.;; Promote community building and developer engagement to stimulate application and service development on Aethir's platform.;; Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to align ecosystem initiatives with company objectives and product development.;; Track and report on key ecosystem metrics such as user growth, staking participation, and token adoption, adjusting strategies based on insights.;; Guide the creation of decentralized governance frameworks and incentive structures to encourage active participation in the ecosystem.;; Act as Aethir's representative at industry events, conferences, and within the broader Web3 community to enhance ecosystem connections.
