Job Description:

As a Junior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s transition to a data-driven and AI-enabled organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify real-world problems where data science can deliver significant financial value. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and linking relevant data sources, which will serve as the foundation for further analysis. You will utilize cutting-edge algorithms during the proof-of-concept phase to optimize various business processes. Once a project demonstrates technical viability, you will work alongside business units to validate the financial benefits of the models in practical scenarios. Transitioning projects into operational status, often in collaboration with IT colleagues, will also be part of your duties. You will engage in interdisciplinary, agile teams throughout all project phases and regularly present new findings to stakeholders and management. This role will not only enhance your technical prowess but also allow you to contribute meaningfully to the business's strategic objectives.
