Junior Data Scientist

Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our Data Science team, which is dedicated to transforming our organization into a data-driven and AI-enabled enterprise. In collaboration with various departments, you will help drive innovative AI applications that deliver real financial value. As part of both local and global teams, you will support colleagues in building decentralized data, analytics, and AI competencies while fostering international synergies. Your role will involve identifying and understanding complex business problems, cleaning and linking relevant data sources to facilitate further analysis, and applying cutting-edge algorithms during the proof-of-concept phase to optimize business processes. Once a project proves its technical viability, you will work with relevant departments to validate the financial benefits of the models in practical applications. Moreover, you will assist in transitioning projects into operational phases, often working alongside IT colleagues. You will participate in interdisciplinary, agile teams throughout all project phases and regularly present new findings to stakeholders and management.
