Job Description:

Join a rapidly expanding team focused on innovative machine learning solutions tailored for the international public sector. In this role, you will be the first Machine Learning Engineer on the team, working on transformative projects that involve developing Models as a Service for our partners. Your responsibilities will encompass optimizing large language models (LLMs) through techniques such as fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end process, collaborating with operations to create high-quality datasets and deploying models that meet our customers' needs. This position provides an exciting opportunity to influence the evolution of data-centric AI applications globally.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will engage in various tasks aimed at optimizing and implementing LLMs for our international partners.:

Study and apply cutting-edge research in machine learning and AI to enhance model performance.;; Design and implement workflows that leverage pre-training and fine-tuning techniques for model customization.;; Analyze customer requirements to develop tailored AI solutions.;; Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve model accuracy.;; Collaborate with data annotation teams to refine models based on real-world data.;; Travel to client sites, particularly in the Middle East, to foster relationships and understand customer needs better.
