Join our dynamic team as a Managing Director within a leading venture community specializing in liquid and venture opportunities in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our initiatives to build and invest in early-stage Web3 and AI startups that aim to enhance enterprise adoption and empower consumers with utility-driven digital assets. You will play a crucial part in shaping our fellowship program, which is designed to cultivate the next generation of investors and founders. Your leadership will guide emerging talents through an 8-week journey, equipping them with essential skills in venture investing and fostering a vibrant investment community. As part of a firm backed by over 200 limited partners globally, you will oversee a budget exceeding one million dollars annually, engage in strategic decision-making, and collaborate with a network of innovative entrepreneurs and investors.

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading investment strategies, mentoring fellows, and enhancing our venture community. Your role will involve direct engagement with startups, fostering relationships with potential investors, and driving the growth of our fellowship program.:

Develop and implement investment strategies for early-stage startups;; Mentor and guide fellowship participants in venture investing;; Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities within the crypto space;; Engage with stakeholders, including entrepreneurs and limited partners;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support portfolio companies;; Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for the fellowship program
