Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include meticulous planning, executing, and finalizing projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints. You will be tasked with resource acquisition, team coordination, and the management of key stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will define the project's objectives and ensure quality control is maintained throughout its duration. This role is critical in driving our team's success and delivering results that meet our clients' expectations.

You will be responsible for various critical tasks that ensure project success.:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;; Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget;; Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution;; Communicate clearly project expectations to team members and stakeholders;; Manage relationships with external partners and vendors;; Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a proactive team environment;; Identify and resolve conflicts within the project team;; Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies;; Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders;; Perform quality control to maintain high standards throughout project development

• Experience in Big 4, Fintech, or financial captive units
