Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at a leading blockchain development company. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing interviews across various time zones, maintaining a seamless communication flow between candidates and interviewers. Your role will also involve ensuring a positive candidate experience, where candidates feel valued and informed throughout their journey with us. You will maintain and organize candidates' data using our Applicant Tracking System, allowing for a streamlined recruitment process. This position calls for creativity and adaptability, as you will design and update job descriptions that resonate with our brand ethos. Additionally, you will oversee our employee referral process and assist with onboarding new hires as necessary, preparing insightful reports on recruitment metrics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote working environment, balancing responsibility with innovation and a deep passion for both people and technology.
