Job Description:
- Walmart Global Tech is on the lookout for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Market Intelligence Team located in Sunnyvale or Bellevue. This role offers an exciting opportunity to tackle complex problems using advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to drive significant business outcomes. As a key member of Walmart Labs, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the data sciences charter within the Market Intelligence (MINT) team, focusing on delivering actionable insights that enhance pricing strategies, assortment optimization, and marketing efforts across various channels. Your expertise in translating intricate model results into understandable narratives will be vital in communicating insights to stakeholders and driving data-driven decisions.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will engage in various responsibilities that leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to deliver impactful results.:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature selection;; Implement advanced statistical methods and modeling techniques, including NLP and computer vision;; Fine-tune large language models and vision models, applying model compression techniques;; Validate and assess models using various testing methods;; Deploy and scale machine learning models and ensure effective model performance monitoring;; Create data visualizations to represent findings and support business decisions
