As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at sourcing and recruiting top software engineering candidates in the blockchain space.:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a robust talent pipeline.;; Engage with candidate communities to raise awareness of job openings and attract applicants.;; Craft compelling outreach messages that engage potential candidates and encourage them to apply.;; Lead the recruiting process from initial contact through the phone screening stages.;; Maintain accurate records and data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.;; Analyze sourcing data and performance metrics to refine sourcing strategies.;; Source both active and passive candidates, reviewing applications, and assessing qualifications.
