Agile Scrum Master

Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic Agile Scrum Master to join our team, focusing on enhancing the delivery of CashPro Applications within the financial sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during the testing phase. Your expertise will help to streamline the quality assurance process and foster effective collaboration among team members, ultimately contributing to the success of our projects.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will have a variety of responsibilities that focus on ensuring the smooth execution of our testing processes while maintaining high-quality standards.:

    Conduct UI testing collaboratively within a team setting for CashPro Applications.;; Identify, document, and escalate any defects found during the testing process.;; Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to address and resolve defects.;; Manage the overall quality of the end-to-end execution process in line with client standards.;; Support the test development process, adapting based on the complexity of testing tasks.;; Engage with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and resolve complex problems.
