Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team within the financial sector. This role will involve leading and facilitating agile practices to enhance team collaboration and project execution. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our CashPro Applications by ensuring high-quality testing and defect management processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to optimize the end-to-end execution process while adhering to client standards. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, making it essential for the Agile Scrum Master to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the following tasks::
- Conduct UI testing as part of a collaborative team effort for CashPro Applications;; Identify, document, and escalate defects found during testing while working closely with developers, product owners, and project managers;; Manage the quality of the end-to-end execution process to ensure alignment with client standards;; Support the testing development process based on the complexity of the projects;; Interact with various contacts to research, analyze, and resolve complex issues effectively
