We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Scrum Master to lead complex projects within the financial industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who can facilitate Agile methodologies and activities, ensuring the successful management and delivery of significant changes across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration of multiple work streams to achieve project objectives, managing project scope, and leading daily SCRUM meetings. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the product owner, remove any impediments that hinder the team's progress, and maintain a keen focus on the team’s activities and overall progress. As the primary point of contact for the project, you will also engage in risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder management, ensuring all change requirements are met. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will manage and lead project execution, integration, and implementation while ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.:
