Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing project budgets and schedules while ensuring that all project goals are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include generating detailed reports, conducting job site tours, and guiding contractors and clients through various project phases. You will also attend key meetings to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the successful execution of construction projects.:
- Review construction plans and drawings to prepare accurate estimates and budgets.;; Organize and facilitate meetings with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to set and manage project schedules.;; Create and maintain detailed submittal logs for construction projects in compliance with project specifications.;; Communicate with the Project Superintendent regarding potential schedule impacts from approved submittals.;; Distribute contract documents, including drawings and specifications, to subcontractors.;; Schedule and document all required construction meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are taken and shared.;; Manage correspondence with all project stakeholders, including Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Suppliers.;; Document and assess the quality and progress of subcontractors and suppliers.
