Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing various aspects of project management including budget tracking, schedule management, and direct communication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading job site tours, ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner, and facilitating effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients. You will also prepare reports on project status and participate in progress meetings to ensure alignment with project goals. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they impact project timelines or budgets.

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are crucial to the successful management of construction projects.:
- Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates according to budgets.;; Organize and oversee construction schedules, ensuring all parties are informed and deadlines are met.;; Prepare and maintain accurate submittal logs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project drawings.;; Communicate any potential schedule impacts to the Project Superintendent based on approved submittals.;; Distribute contract documents to all relevant subcontractors, including any accepted alternates or addendums.;; Schedule necessary construction meetings with architects, owners, and subcontractors, and take detailed meeting minutes.;; Draft correspondence for stakeholders including Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Suppliers, managing all project-related documentation.;; Monitor the quality and progress of subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.;; Assist in estimating project scope costs and timelines.
