Job Description:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Onboarding Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including maintenance and plant managers, as well as executives, to facilitate effective onboarding. Your role will involve educating clients about program guidelines, enhancing their understanding of demand response benefits, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to define and execute a comprehensive scope of work for real-time metering installation. You will also be responsible for configuring and training customers on necessary software, ensuring they are well-prepared to participate in our programs. Your commitment to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience will be measured through customer satisfaction surveys following their onboarding process. You will delve deep into our customers’ site operations to devise optimized energy reduction strategies and assess participation levels. Additionally, you will be tasked with certifying high-quality contact lists and ensuring system readiness prior to program enrollment. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain transparency throughout the process and guarantee successful onboarding. Furthermore, you will support customers during demand response dispatches, addressing any technical questions or escalations related to metering and energy reduction plans, and you will also provide assistance with ongoing projects aimed at enhancing our business operations.

As an Associate Onboarding Project Manager, you will undertake several key responsibilities focused on facilitating effective onboarding and enhancing client satisfaction.:

    Prepare, schedule, and conduct meetings with customer representatives from various organizational levels.;; Educate clients on program guidelines to maximize their understanding and benefits.;; Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a detailed scope of work for real-time metering installations.;; Configure and train clients on necessary software for participation in programs.;; Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience that is reflected in customer satisfaction surveys.;; Create detailed scopes of work for energy monitoring equipment installations.;; Gain in-depth knowledge of customer site operations to develop effective energy reduction plans.;; Certify high-quality contact lists and ensure system readiness before program enrollment.;; Work with cross-functional teams to provide transparency throughout the onboarding process.;; Assist in preparing customers for dispatches by participating in readiness and audit preparation activities.;; Coach clients during demand response dispatches to enhance performance.;; Support technical customer inquiries related to metering and energy reduction plans.;; Address post-dispatch issues and support ongoing projects aimed at improving business processes.
