As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Intelligence team by ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish.:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and objectives, ensuring clear communication at all phases of the project.;; Assist in organizing and managing various projects, working closely with team members to prioritize tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines.;; Develop and implement standardized tracking methods to monitor project status and adherence to processes across teams.;; Identify and report any process-related challenges, working with teams to devise effective solutions.;; Manage changes in project scope by communicating with relevant teams and advocating for necessary adjustments to timelines or resources.;; Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.;; Schedule and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring all participants are aligned on action items.;; Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.;; Support the effective use of project management tools and software among team members.
