Job Description:
- As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be at the forefront of our organization, leading strategic initiatives and guiding our mission to provide support and rehabilitation for individuals transitioning from incarceration to society. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective policies and programs, driving organizational growth, and ensuring that we meet our operational and financial goals. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, while also representing the organization in community engagement and advocacy efforts. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of our services and expanding our impact in the community.

The Chief Executive Officer will oversee all aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic goals.:
