Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Analysis to lead our strategic projects and integrations within the EURASIA region. This pivotal role will involve overseeing high-impact cross-functional projects while utilizing TMO methodologies and PMO processes. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset and demonstrate the ability to extract insights from team members to design and implement strategic programs effectively. You will collaborate closely with TMO project leaders and EURASIA leadership teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives. In this fast-paced and highly visible role, you will provide regular updates to senior leaders, manage project artifacts, and navigate the complexities of integration processes to drive business success.

As the Director of Business Analysis, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, managing project teams, and ensuring effective project governance.:
- Lead and manage high-visibility strategic projects across the EURASIA organization.;; Utilize TMO ways of working to ensure successful project delivery.;; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, workplans, and executive report-outs.;; Conduct regular project updates and variance reporting to senior leadership.;; Facilitate integration processes by collaborating with various Centers of Excellence and business subject matter experts.;; Organize and lead workshops and integration venues to foster collaboration and alignment.;; Monitor and evaluate project performance against established targets and scorecards.;; Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with PMO processes.
