Job Description:
- Join our dedicated Project Management team to lead essential software implementation projects that enhance patient care across healthcare organizations. This role offers you the unique opportunity to travel throughout the United States, and even internationally if you choose, to facilitate software installations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new users within the Epic community. You will utilize your project management abilities to present information to hospital leadership, coordinate comprehensive training for end-users, and provide ongoing support as healthcare providers transition to using our software solutions. This position empowers you with decision-making autonomy, backed by a robust support system. No prior software experience is necessary, making this a fantastic opportunity to enter the field of project management in a high-impact environment.

As an Entry-Level Project Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and managing the overall implementation of software solutions. You will be tasked with presenting to hospital leadership, coordinating training sessions for end-users, and providing ongoing support during the software go-live phase.:
- Lead software installation projects at top healthcare systems;; Facilitate training sessions for hospital staff;; Support healthcare providers during the transition to our software;; Communicate with hospital leadership to ensure project alignment;; Travel to various locations for project implementation
