Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Director to oversee the comprehensive management and daily operations of our community in Princeton, NJ. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading all facets of our operations, including revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. You will cultivate a culture that prioritizes the needs of our residents, their families, and our associates, creating an environment that fosters compassion, innovation, and community engagement. As a leader, you will be expected to develop and implement strategic business initiatives that align with our operational and financial objectives, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in service and care.

As the Executive Director, you will have a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation and success of the community. Your key duties will include::
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to meet operational and financial targets;; Managing compliance with state, federal, and company regulations;; Leading by example to promote effective communication and high standards of care for residents;; Fostering positive engagement with residents, associates, and family members through an open-door culture;; Setting and maintaining quality assurance standards while ensuring adherence to regulations and policies;; Overseeing financial management of the community, including budgeting and expense control;; Handling human resources functions such as recruitment, associate development, and disciplinary actions;; Leading marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
