Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational management of the center, ensuring that our mission to provide exceptional care for individuals recovering from eating disorders is met with the highest standards. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire staff, engage with the community, and drive program development. The Executive Director will work closely with the board of directors to develop and implement policies and strategies that enhance our services and expand our reach. Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential for success in this position.

The Executive Director will oversee various key responsibilities critical to the success of the Eating Recovery Center. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, leading staff development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.:

    Lead and manage daily operations of the center;; Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery;; Engage with stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners;; Oversee financial operations and ensure sustainable funding;; Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
