Job Description:
- Join us as an Executive Director where you will take charge of a single clinic location, leading a committed team dedicated to providing exceptional autism therapy services. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our clinic meets its operational, financial, and clinical objectives while promoting strategic growth within the local market. You will be instrumental in managing key performance indicators, recruiting top talent, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will guide the clinical quality of our services, facilitating training sessions and performance evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our programs. By fostering strong relationships with referral sources and engaging in community outreach, you will enhance our presence and impact in the community. You will also convene weekly staff meetings to address client needs, scheduling challenges, and professional development, ensuring that we maintain a collaborative and supportive environment for both clients and team members.

As the Executive Director, you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on operational excellence and clinical effectiveness.:
- Oversee daily operations and manage the performance of the clinic team.;; Review and manage operating KPIs related to team recruitment, client intake, and treatment hours.;; Engage with the recruitment team to attract and retain clinical talent.;; Monitor clinical quality metrics and collaborate with leadership on training and evaluation.;; Coordinate with admissions to understand client needs and service intensity.;; Manage clinician schedules and client assignments effectively.;; Participate in regional meetings and best-practices sessions.;; Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
