Job Description:

    As the Executive Director of Strategy and Performance Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the financial viability and operational efficiency of our organization. You will be instrumental in devising and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue cycle performance while ensuring the highest standards of patient service are upheld. Your leadership will be essential in developing advanced reporting and analytics that support decision-making and strategically guide operational efforts. You will lead evaluations of existing processes, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary training and skills to adapt to evolving challenges in the healthcare landscape. Your efforts will help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, aligning departmental objectives with the organization's strategic vision.

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the Revenue Cycle, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader goals.:

    Develop and implement comprehensive Revenue Cycle strategic plans in consultation with senior leadership.;; Establish key performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor revenue cycle outcomes.;; Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement through assessments and quality assurance programs.;; Enhance training and educational initiatives to foster adaptability within the Revenue Cycle organization.;; Collaborate with operational leaders to deploy analytical methods for operational enhancements.;; Maintain adherence to industry benchmarking standards and integrate these into improvement strategies.;; Facilitate communication and content creation for the Enterprise-Wide Revenue Cycle Executive Council.;; Assess and manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with performance tracking methodologies.
