Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and highly motivated individual to support our CEO, Joe Betts-LaCroix. In this dynamic role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing his office and streamlining communication across the organization. Your efforts will be crucial in optimizing workflows and ensuring effective decision-making processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insights into startup leadership and biotech entrepreneurship, setting the stage for your career progression into more substantial roles within the industry.

As an Executive Fellow, you will be tasked with supporting the CEO in various operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that projects align with the company's objectives.:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, ensuring he has the necessary information for decision-making.;; Manage and structure high-priority meetings, including agenda creation, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.;; Optimize the CEO's calendar to prioritize critical tasks and protect strategic focus time.;; Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders.;; Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.;; Conduct research on market trends and technologies related to aging and longevity.;; Assist in partnership contract negotiations and support the company's intellectual property strategy.
