The EVP will work closely with the CEO of the Financial Institution Group, ensuring SWIVEL maintains its stature as a leader in the market while achieving operational excellence. As EVP, you will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational duties, ensuring the company thrives in the competitive payments landscape.:
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for SWIVEL, aligning with broader company goals;; Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends to foster growth;; Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization;; Oversee the development of payment products and services to meet market needs;; Ensure operational efficiency across all departments including product development and customer support;; Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting;; Develop strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;; Lead research and development of new payment technologies and enhancements;; Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies;; Build and lead a high-performing executive team, providing mentorship
