Global Head of Creative

Job Description:

    Dometic is a leading player in the mobile living industry, dedicated to enhancing the outdoor experience for millions around the globe. As the Global Head of Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the creative vision and visual identity of our brand. This position is based at our headquarters in Solna, Stockholm County, and you will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. Your expertise will guide our creative strategies, ensuring a unified brand narrative that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with our mission to connect people with nature. You will be instrumental in overseeing global marketing initiatives, fostering collaboration across various teams, and driving creative excellence in all our campaigns.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at elevating our brand's creative output and ensuring consistent communication across all platforms.:

    Develop and articulate a creative vision that aligns with company goals;; Ensure brand consistency and recognition through effective storytelling;; Lead the creation of global campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams;; Establish standards for evaluating creative work to meet objectives and brand guidelines;; Mentor and inspire local and global creative teams throughout the development process;; Manage relationships with creative agency partners and evaluate their contributions;; Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to foster innovation;; Oversee resource allocation to ensure cost-effective production of creative assets;; Support brand integration for newly acquired companies from a visual and creative perspective

  • Experience with premium global consumer lifestyle brands, preferably in outdoor or consumer electronics sectors
