Job Description:
- We are on the lookout for a seasoned and creative Group Director of Landscape Design and Operations to lead our landscape initiatives across our upscale luxury resorts and mid-range hotels located in the picturesque regions of the Caribbean and Central America, with a primary base in Cancun, Mexico. This pivotal role demands not only a profound understanding of landscape architecture and horticulture but also a visionary approach to sustainable design practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our properties not only meet but exceed aesthetic and environmental standards while providing an exceptional guest experience. You will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive landscape strategies, manage diverse teams, and oversee large-scale projects from inception to completion. Your leadership will be key in crafting landscapes that resonate with the unique character of each property, harmonizing with the surrounding environment while promoting sustainability.

As the Group Director of Landscape Design and Operations, you will be tasked with a wide array of responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our landscaping operations.:
- Develop and implement strategic landscape design plans in alignment with the company's luxury and mid-range branding;; Oversee all landscaping projects from concept through to completion, including new installations and renovations;; Design innovative landscapes that enhance guest experiences and reflect the unique environment of each property;; Promote sustainable landscaping practices focusing on conservation and ecological responsibility;; Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality control for all landscape operations;; Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals in landscape architecture, design, and horticulture;; Oversee vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely execution of landscaping work;; Coordinate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to property development;; Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align landscaping efforts with the company’s strategic goals
