IT Application Specialist

Job Description:

    We are looking for a motivated IT Application Specialist who is passionate about technology and problem solving to join a strong and dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of two critical platforms, Accura and Linx. Accura, a proprietary application, is designed for hospitals to efficiently manage inventory and orders, while Linx is a handheld device application for retailers to track inventory levels. You will collaborate closely with application owners and external partners to ensure these systems function optimally, and you will play a vital role in understanding and defining new application requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work within a global company renowned for its innovative solutions in the industrial gases sector, where you can further develop your technical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an IT Application Specialist, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks focused on maintaining and improving crucial applications.:

    Perform maintenance, updates, and development on the Accura and Linx platforms;; Provide qualified system technical support in partnership with application owners;; Work directly with application owners to gather and define new application requirements;; Ensure effective knowledge transfer for applications developed with external partners to facilitate internal support
