Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at a prominent agency in the print and media sector. The ideal candidate will bring several years of professional experience in managing IT projects and will be comfortable with onsite work. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and consultation with both internal and external partners, ensuring that expectations are effectively managed and misunderstandings are minimized through regular and clear information exchange. You will work closely with development, production, and sales teams, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and problem resolution within projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operational project management, which entails creating effort estimates and proposals, coordinating planning and implementation of requirements, distributing tasks, monitoring budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines. You will lead and moderate project meetings and client appointments, ensuring that all details are accounted for and integrated into the overall context. Additionally, you will monitor and assess project progress to guarantee that deliverables meet established goals and are continually improved.
