Job Description:

    Are you ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional training solutions for our Command and Control product suite? We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to join our ambitious team in Bucharest. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence product development that plays a crucial role in saving lives globally. Our team, which has rapidly grown to 18 professionals in just a few years, is focused on developing a cutting-edge digital training platform, SitaWare Aspire, tailored for our Defence clients. As we look to expand our Service Product Development team, you will collaborate closely with our Project Manager in Aarhus to enhance our local capabilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a local scrum team, guiding them through agile processes, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our products. This is a unique chance to shape the future of e-training in armed forces while fostering a strong team culture in our Bucharest office.

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training solutions. Your main tasks will include leading project releases, managing local scrum teams, and fostering team development.:

    Lead and deliver quarterly product releases to meet market demands;; Implement project management disciplines including risk and stakeholder management;; Build and enhance high-performance scrum teams within the Bucharest office;; Recruit, onboard, and develop new talent within the team;; Ensure effective long-distance management and collaboration with the headquarters;; Drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee satisfaction
