Job Description:

This role involves overseeing small to medium-sized IT projects, where the individual will be responsible for developing project timelines, organizing project teams, and ensuring that resources are effectively deployed. The IT Project Manager will support larger projects under the guidance of Project or Program Managers, ensuring that deadlines are met and project plans are adhered to. This position requires a keen understanding of both the business and technical aspects of projects to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage with various stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Moreover, the IT Project Manager will be tasked with quality assurance, risk management, and ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards.

The IT Project Manager I will lead various project initiatives and ensure successful delivery through effective management of resources and stakeholder engagement.:
- Lead small to medium-sized IT projects, creating and monitoring timelines and progress.;; Collaborate with Project or Program Managers on larger projects and assist in managing timelines and project plans.;; Deliver project outcomes based on approved estimates, ensuring alignment with business value.;; Facilitate understanding among team members to generate alternative solutions and achieve project goals.;; Provide guidance on quality assurance tools and processes, understanding project interdependencies.;; Monitor and identify risks in projects, ensuring quality control of processes and deliverables.;; Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and provide technical guidance to the team.;; Build networks of internal and external subject matter experts for collaboration.
