Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated Junior Functional Application Manager to join our energetic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle of CAD, PLM, and various technical applications on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include supporting essential business processes, conducting in-depth business analyses, managing system changes, and collaborating with external vendors. As a Junior Functional Application Manager, you will be responsible for various critical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our applications and enhance user experience.:

    Provide quick and effective second-line incident resolution using BMC ITSM tools.;; Collaborate with IT departments and key business users to resolve intricate issues.;; Ensure the timely delivery of service requests to maintain operational efficiency.;; Conduct functional requirements analysis to identify opportunities for application performance improvements.;; Participate in testing activities related to system changes and project implementations.;; Maintain comprehensive application documentation for both IT staff and business users.
