Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will facilitate agile processes and ensure that teams are supported in their efforts to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your responsibilities will include organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as assisting teams in identifying and resolving impediments. You will play a crucial role in promoting the Agile methodology and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding the Scrum teams and ensuring that the Agile methodology is effectively implemented.:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;; Help teams identify and remove obstacles to progress;; Support product owners in managing the product backlog;; Track and report on team performance metrics;; Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization
