Job Description:

As a Junior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams towards successful project delivery while embracing Agile methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Scrum events and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. By actively engaging in retrospectives and fostering an environment of collaboration, you will ensure that challenges are addressed promptly. You will also work closely with other Scrum Masters to maintain a consistent approach to backlog management using Jira, thereby enhancing productivity across various products. Your role will involve coaching the development team to self-organize and improve quality standards in collaboration with Engineering Management. Additionally, you will provide support to stakeholders and assist in aligning project goals with Agile principles, helping to drive the organization towards excellence in delivery. This position is well-suited for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to help teams reach their full potential through effective Agile practices.

Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum events, ensuring continuous improvement, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders for effective project management.:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;; Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through active participation;; Identify and remove impediments to ensure a smooth Agile process;; Manage and maintain the backlog management tool (Jira) for consistency across products;; Promote Agile principles throughout the organization;; Collaborate with Product Owner on effective backlog management techniques;; Coach the development team in self-organization and accountability;; Work with Engineering Management to enhance quality standards;; Assist external stakeholders in valuable interactions with the team;; Support Project Managers on cross-product initiatives
