As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding the Scrum teams and ensuring that the Agile methodology is effectively implemented.:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;; Help teams identify and remove obstacles to progress;; Support product owners in managing the product backlog;; Track and report on team performance metrics;; Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization
