Managing Director, Healthcare Advisory
Job Description:
- The Managing Director of Healthcare Advisory is instrumental in overseeing the comprehensive delivery of client engagement services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, effective management, and retention of clients. This pivotal role centers on optimizing healthcare business operations and developing strategic initiatives that create value. The position requires extensive experience in senior-level negotiations, project management, and delivering presentations to executives and healthcare providers. The Managing Director will proactively identify opportunities to extend Advisory and related services to existing clients, while also monitoring industry trends that can enhance the Healthcare Advisory services offered. Additionally, this role involves collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams to initiate outreach to potential clients, marketing the services provided by the firm, and representing the company at industry conferences. The Managing Director will also play a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and developing staff while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients.

- Lead client projects, both independently and collaboratively;; Deliver strategic healthcare advisory services across various business lines;; Evaluate clinical, financial, and operational programs for client value generation;; Develop initiatives that integrate healthcare services;; Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to meet their needs;; Provide analytical support for financial assessments as required;; Engage in thought leadership and solution delivery for designated industry areas;; Plan and oversee resource allocation for client engagement
