Outreach Executive I

Job Description:

    As an Outreach Executive I, you will play a crucial role in building strong connections within the community to engage seniors who are eligible for Medicare with our healthcare services. Your primary focus will be to establish meaningful relationships that encourage these individuals to choose our organization for their healthcare needs. You will work collaboratively with Outreach Managers, Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to foster patient growth within your designated area. This position involves active participation in community outreach events and a proactive approach to lead generation. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and initiatives, ensuring that you effectively communicate our value proposition to potential patients. Your role will also include nurturing leads through various channels, maintaining ongoing communication to address any inquiries or concerns, and utilizing a customer relationship management system to document interactions and progress.

The Outreach Executive is expected to engage in a variety of activities aimed at generating new patient leads and maintaining relationships with existing prospects.:

    Generate leads by engaging with Medicare seniors through community outreach;; Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential patients;; Collaborate with team members to enhance lead generation efforts;; Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM;; Act as a liaison between prospective patients and clinical teams;; Address and resolve concerns or complaints from potential patients
