As a Product Owner and IT Manager, you will handle a diverse range of responsibilities that include leadership in project management and requirement specification for external consultants.:

    Act as a technical expert during meetings with clients and suppliers.;; Evaluate various technical solutions in collaboration with external development partners.;; Manage operational environments and servers in a cloud setting (Azure).;; Oversee communication systems, including surveys, emails, and SMS.;; Provide internal support for Microsoft 365, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Entra ID.;; Administer and manage internally developed applications and certificates.;; Be responsible for development and build chains from GitHub to App Store and Google Play.;; Respond to technical support queries, manage the support ticketing system, and ensure quality customer support.;; Conduct initial analysis of reported bugs and technical issues, prioritizing, registering, and following up.;; Handle staging environments and test alarms for internal testing.;; Generate data, statistics, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.;; Travel to Stockholm may be required occasionally.
