Project Coordinator

Job Description:

    As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role bridging the engineering and customer support teams within our fast-paced startup environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer support tickets are thoroughly investigated and documented in accordance with our established guidelines. You will also oversee the timely delivery of these tickets, ensuring that the engineering team has all the necessary information to meet their deadlines. This position involves gathering requirements to effectively write tickets for the engineering team, tracking the status of these tickets, and ensuring that they are completed on schedule. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing the needs of both the engineering and customer support teams.
