Project Management Officer

Job Description:

    As a Senior Project Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role within our organization, harmonizing strong project management capabilities with a hands-on approach to successfully deliver complex Business Intelligence projects for our clients. You will utilize the Scrum methodology effectively, ensuring clear documentation and transparent communication with all stakeholders involved. Acting as a central connection point, you will maintain close contact with external project leaders, BI specialists, and managers from healthcare organizations, while collaborating internally with our BI developers and analysts. Your reports will be directed to the executive team, and your contributions will be essential in optimizing our internal processes and resource utilization. Your ability to clearly structure and communicate complex project information will facilitate smooth interactions between clients and team members, ultimately leading to high-quality BI solutions that add significant value to our clients in the healthcare sector.

The role entails leading BI implementation projects for large-scale initiatives utilizing the Scrum framework while ensuring client needs are identified and addressed promptly.:

    Lead BI implementation projects using Scrum methodology;; Identify and accurately map customer requirements while collaborating with the development team to create user stories;; Work closely with BI developers and analysts to ensure client commitments are met and communicate deviations promptly;; Optimize internal capacity by effectively utilizing available CRM functionalities;; Develop and implement new standards for work processes;; Train staff on new standards and processes to ensure compliance;; Continuously improve existing work processes
