As a Project Manager, you will be charged with several key responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our projects.:

Monitor and control project portfolios to ensure alignment with strategic goals;; Provide project management support to enhance team performance and growth;; Create and document new processes, templates, and standard operating procedures;; Understand and apply knowledge of technical systems architecture;; Prepare detailed project plans for multi-phase initiatives;; Ensure project adherence to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards;; Lead remote delivery teams, motivating members to meet project milestones;; Manage changes in project scope and time management effectively;; Define and communicate success criteria throughout the project lifecycle;; Report on project metrics, success criteria, and deployment management;; Work autonomously with reports using Professional Services Automation systems;; Prepare resource planning and configuration estimates;; Delegate tasks with clear timelines and responsibilities;; Coach and mentor project team members, facilitating adjustments as needed;; Address quality issues and escalations with relevant departments;; Monitor project outcomes to resolve conflicts and critical path deliverables;; Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer bases;; Build trustworthy relationships with customers to enhance service delivery
