Project Manager, Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

    We are in search of a highly skilled and driven Project Manager specializing in Supply Chain Management to become an integral part of our vibrant team. This position is critical in managing and synchronizing various supply chain projects, with an emphasis on the development and implementation of the UPlan project management software. Reporting directly to the Director of Logistics and Supply Chain Operations, the Project Manager will facilitate supply chain operations related to the expansion of ambulatory clinics, the implementation of the health system's ERP, sustainability initiatives, and other operational functions that support our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and supply chain processes, alongside a commitment to enhancing operational efficiencies and driving successful project outcomes.

The Project Manager will be accountable for a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the successful execution of supply chain projects.:

    Developing and implementing detailed project plans that align with the organization's objectives and timelines.;; Managing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.;; Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to diagnose supply chain challenges and explore opportunities for improvement.;; Implementing innovative strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service delivery.;; Leading the development of tailored project management software to meet the unique needs of our supply chain operations.;; Coordinating with software development teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring timely delivery of effective software solutions.;; Building and sustaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate project success.;; Regularly communicating project status, potential risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall project objectives.;; Identifying possible risks and creating proactive strategies to mitigate disruptions throughout the project lifecycle.;; Continuously monitoring and assessing project risks, making necessary adjustments as required.
