Job Description:
- We are seeking an innovative and proactive R&D Project Manager to join our dynamic project management office within the HVDC R&D organization. This role focuses on managing R&D projects aimed at enhancing our control and protection platform known as MACH. This sophisticated platform comprises various hardware and software components utilized in developing HVDC and FACTS systems, which are delivered to clients globally. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and inquisitive attitude, coupled with a strong commitment to collaborating with teams and stakeholders to create the highest quality products.

As an R&D Project Manager, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities that are crucial for the successful execution of our projects.:
- Lead one or more Epics within the SAFe framework;; Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, budgets, and project estimates;; Conduct risk assessments and continuously monitor project progress against established milestones and budgetary constraints;; Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding the current status of projects and future plans;; Collaborate with product owners, system architects, and development teams to refine requirements and design solutions;; Engage with external suppliers, including EMS companies, test laboratories, and component manufacturers
