RVP, Americas Channel & Alliance Partners

Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President of Americas Channel and Alliance Partners to lead our partner strategies across the Americas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing key partnerships and programs that drive growth and expansion. You will work closely with our most strategic partners, including Channel, Distribution, Global Systems Integrators, US Federal, OEM, Alliances, and Cloud Hyperscalers. Your strategic vision will be paramount in executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our diverse portfolio, ensuring that we capitalize on every opportunity to enhance our market presence. This is not just a position; it is a chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

As the Regional Vice President, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for the success of our partner ecosystem. Your role will involve not only strategic leadership but also the cultivation of key relationships and the development of innovative channel programs.:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive regional partner strategy;; Build and lead a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers;; Set and communicate key goals and metrics for partner performance;; Establish a relationship mapping strategy to enhance executive connections;; Collaborate with sales teams to identify partnership opportunities;; Oversee business plans with partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals;; Create and drive specific channel programs with defined objectives and oversight;; Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and enablement teams

Qualifications:

  • Track record of driving partner revenue and managing complex ecosystems
  • Extensive industry knowledge in private, public cloud, infrastructure and data sectors
