We seek a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Director or VP of Sales to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives and lead a high-performing sales team that can drive our growth to new heights. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for the following key tasks::

    Recruit, lead, and foster a motivated and engaged B2B sales team, ensuring a positive workplace environment.;; Develop and implement scalable sales processes that align with our strategic objectives.;; Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of revenue opportunities, ensuring consistent growth.;; Establish and refine the sales strategy, directly shaping our product offerings based on market needs.;; Lead by example by initially closing deals personally and later supporting your team in achieving their sales goals.;; Utilize data to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and coach team members effectively.;; Design incentive structures that drive motivation and reward performance.;; Create necessary materials to facilitate the successful launch of new products.
