Job Description:

As a Scrum Master, you will oversee the processes for two Scrum teams, guiding them from the implementation of agile methodologies to the planning and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies. Your role will focus on continuous improvement, ensuring smooth workflows, reducing lead times, and maintaining high software quality. With your deep passion for agile practices, you will coach and inspire your teams, leveraging your analytical skills to identify obstacles and risks, and develop appropriate solutions to help your team reach their objectives empathically. You will actively participate in the methodological advancement of our teams and promote collaboration across Scrum teams.

As a Scrum Master, your main tasks encompass facilitating agile processes and ensuring effective team dynamics.:

    Implement agile methodologies within teams., Plan and moderate Scrum ceremonies including sprints and retrospectives., Coach team members to enhance agile practices., Identify and resolve impediments affecting team performance., Collaborate with other Scrum Masters for methodological improvements.
