Scrum Master

Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to lead our agile development teams in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The ideal candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Review Meetings. You will play a crucial role in coaching both the development team and the organization in adopting Scrum principles and practices. Your ability to remove impediments that hinder the team's progress while collaborating with Product Owners to ensure alignment with the product roadmap will be essential. As a Scrum Master, you will uphold and promote the Scrum framework, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Reporting on the team's progress and providing insights will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that we meet our project goals efficiently.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding the team through the agile process and ensuring that they adhere to Scrum principles.:
