Job Description:

Are you ready to take on the role of a SAFe Scrum Master and Team Coach? In this position, you will serve as a dedicated leader and coach, facilitating team events and processes while assisting teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering substantial value. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the Scrum process within the Digital ART, specifically focusing on the CIAM and Mendix teams. You will ensure that Scrum practices are executed correctly and will facilitate a smooth workflow for the team. Your role involves providing support not only at the group level but also offering individual assistance to colleagues. You will help your peers stay sharp in their work methods and maintain high-quality output, while also keeping them motivated and inspired throughout the process. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about enhancing team dynamics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Scrum Master, your tasks will include guiding the team in the Scrum framework and promoting Agile practices to enhance team performance.:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;; Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to progress;; Coach team members on Agile principles and practices;; Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance;; Encourage collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
